ಇಂಡೆಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಲಾದ ಭೌತಿಕ ಫೈಲ್ಗಳ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಕಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಿಡಿಎಫ್ ಸ್ವರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಾಗಿ ಅಪ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು
ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ ರೂಮ್ ಡಿಎಂಎಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಫೈಲ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಸ್ವಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಂದೇ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್, recordroom.karnataka.gov.in ನಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಹುಡುಕಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಪಡೆಯಲು ಅನುಕೂಲ.
ಭೂ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ - ಆಧುನಿಕ ಅಭಿಲೇಖಾಲಯ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಸಿಂಧುನಂತಹ ಇತರ ಸೇವಾ ವಿತರಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ವಿತರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಲಭಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು
* Scope of the Bhu Suraksha - Modern Record Room (Document Management System)
* Indexing and cataloguing of the files in the software.
Uploading and managing the scanned copies of the contents of the indexed physical files as digital documents in PDF format.
* Facilitating easy search and retrieval of the files and documents available in the Record Room DMS through KSWAN and Internet from a single portal, recordroom.karnataka.gov.in to the government users.
* Facilitating electronic delivery of the documents to citizen directly through the portal and other service delivery platforms like Seva Sindhu.
