- Indexing and cataloging of the files in the software.
- Uploading and managing the scanned copies of the contents of the indexed physical files as digital documents in PDF format.
- Facilitating easy search and retrieval of the files and documents available in the Record Room DMS through KSWAN and Internet from a single portal, recordroom.karnataka.gov.in to the government users.
- Facilitating electronic delivery of the documents to citizens directly through the portal and other service delivery platforms like Seva Sindhu.
